Hi,
My name is Kathrin Luetkhoff and I simply love everything about the real estate business and helping people fulfill their real estate dreams. JB Goodwin’s motto is “Helping People” and that speaks directly from my heart. I have a strong desire to be the best in everything I do, and I thrive for excellent customer service. I have a background in engineering and project management, teaching (math and science), as well as in international business management. I’m also fluent in German.

In 2008, I followed my heart and moved from Germany to Austin to start a new chapter in my life with my wonderful husband.

We have two marvelous kids, who are super fun and active at school and at the Karate Dojo. We love spending time together as a family, exploring new activities, meeting up with friends, traveling the country, and pampering our two adorable dogs Paco and Spot.

Over the years, my husband and I have always been passionate about the real estate market in Texas, and especially in Austin. We invested in land, houses, and rental properties and therefore I know first-hand how stressful and sometimes frustrating buying and selling can be.

But it doesn’t have to be that way.
